Currently, Company is investing a lot into modernizing its infrastructure and applications. It's a great learning and experience to be part of that journey. Cons
Since it's been less than 2 years since Hyderabad's center is started some teams which are newly formed are not streamlined yet in terms of workflow, reporting, and work-life balance. I guess this is expected during the initial stages.
