Pros
I enjoy most that Advance is intentional about their culture, and I can see how the specific decisions/actions taken by leadership are directly linked to the stated cultural beliefs. I've never worked anywhere that was so intentional about it. Everyone at Advance seems committed to improving the company and serving the customer, and it's a refreshing contrast to experiences at other companies where individuals were clearly ill-motivated. I love working with a large talent pool of individuals, and that we get to enjoy flexible work arrangements and unlimited vacation. I feel free to design my workday in a way that optimizes my time and energy; I feel happy and productive!
Cons
None - you can make any opportunity miserable, I don't recommend it. There are great things going on here.
