      Pros

      Working with customers helping them meet their needs, my co workers make the day tolerable,

      Cons

      salary, it is not enough for what entry level employees do. company does not promote from within, instead would rather hire out side of company with people that have little or no experience.

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
