Great attention, quick response to any questions, clear expectations and communications, no micromanaging.

Healthcare is a bit expensive and the vision benefits are lacking (VSP). Not a clear way to move vertically.

Company feels generally solid and leadership is willing to listen and fight for you. I have had absolutely no complaints against the company or the people I work with here. I would recommend Adnet to anyone.

Not much guidance or contact with higher ups. Working here feels a little bit like being in your own world.
