Lack of Profits, in the last 4 years the company has missed its mark on its financial forecasts. There has been no innovation for the past 4 years. The sales continue to drop. Store network has decreased. To get the company profitable and in the black senior management has decided the answer is force reductions with layoffs and that not hiring replacements when others leave. Turnover is a consistent problem. The compensation is below industry standard in pay, yearly salary increases can expect 0.5-2.2%. Changes to the bonus structure have decreased dramatically over the years. Many saw there bonus go from 16% to 2%. There is no clear understanding what your bonus will even be. Communication with Senior Management is poor they are disengaged with their employees and do not value their people. Adheris has lost many IT & Sales professionals with industry knowledge to better paying companies. Senior management claims to promote the "Above the line" approach (See Urban Meyer’s book for more detail), problem is they only hold the employees to these values not the management staff. Senior management is unapproachable with concerns as they feel they have all the answers and not the employees. Most are afraid to voice their opinion, as they me be the next person to be laid-off. The benefits are nothing to write home about.
