Great working environment! You will have a work buddy to start with and do the orientation with the work buddy. The team in Melbourne is very welcoming and the culture is amazing! Having been working for 10+ years, I could say I never have had a people & culture program like Adaptovate is doing. - You will have a work coach, with who you can discuss your career progression and goal. - You will get connected with different workmates on Slack. Adaptovate provides different groups and connects people with similar hobbies, interests, or just sharing happiness. - annual offsite catch up with workmates from different offices. The work itself is very organised and the managers are really caring and helpful. I have just started a few weeks ago and already I felt the company itself has a great culture to work with.
