Small business atmosphere with competitive benefits and pay. Very involved in community and ensuring each employee feels they're part of the team - we all have a seat at the table.

The only con, though I don't feel it is, but given the market in America with hybrid and work-from-home options trending, Adams has all employees work from their respective office (unless you're in the trades of course). Again, not a con in my opinion but it certainly can be depending on the employee.
