Toxic from the top down - Marketing Adairs Employee Review

Prior CEO was inappropriate, putting exceptional pressure on his c-suite, which trickled down into a culture of pushing each other under buses to avoid blame and a high-stress environment. Made crucial roles redundant and expected the remaining marketing staff to pick up the slack for their now-missing team members. Intensely high workload without an increase in pay and even more pressure. One of the most toxic places I've ever worked. Adairs is now managed by a new CEO, so this may not be the case anymore. I hope things have changed under this new management.
