I don’t recommend this place - Business Consultant Ada Meher Employee Review

Ada Meher (and GM), was one of the best companies I've worked for. It's a professional but relaxed environment where you're surrounded by brilliant recruiters that are down to earth and easy to get along with. The directors across the entire GM group are brilliant, and they all lead from the front. It feels as though they genuinely want you to succeed, and they don't expect anything from you that they themselves haven't achieved. I'd recommend Ada Meher & Gilbert Meher to any confident recruiter looking for their next step

It's not really a con but it should be noted that they mostly hire 360 recruiters. If you're confident you can build a desk from scratch with high autonomy, you'll struggle to find a better company. Otherwise, it's probably not the right place for you.

Great company values, plenty of autonomy and freedom to try new approaches. Throughout my time in the business I've always felt supported and help has been there when I've needed it. The leadership team are brilliant and always open to using new technologies, and they genuinely listen to concerns. There is clear transparency with progression too. Exciting time to join too with plenty of internal growth!
