      Pros

      Company was very different before Omnicom purchase. The people here used to be the best to work with and there was more clarity on the product.

      Cons

      Good people are leaving! Lot's of lay-off's with hard to know who is running what. No one is quite sure where we are evolving to.

      Pros

      Good people and a pretty supportive environment overall. Work-life balance was better than a lot of other tech jobs and expectations were generally reasonable. Learned a lot working with different teams.

      Cons

      Some older internal systems can make certain projects take longer than expected. Depending on the team, processes can sometimes feel a little slow.
