We’re sorry to hear that overall you had a 1-star experience of working here; we’re navigating a big growth phase as a company at them moment - this can be uncomfortable (and a little bit messy) at times, but our Leadership and P&C teams remain dedicated to listening to and implementing feedback from employees, whilst communicating key decisions with transparency as often as possible; TinyPulse, the ongoing rollout of 360 reviews, weekly All Hands and our new series of Fireside Chats with our Leadership teams are just a few of the things we have in place.
