      Pros

      An understanding manager and overall really good impression of the team. Doesn't surprise me that much considering it's a video game company or maybe I'm biased.

      Cons

      Not that I know of. Bear in mind that since I was only a freelance translator I didn't get to interact much with Actoz's employees except our project manager and another translator.
