Pros

I decided to make this review after some colleagues made me aware of this platform. I jointed Active Space in 2014 and I had a very good experience during the first 2 years. Unfortunately most of what made it good is long gone, but some positive notes remain: - Some very good projects with opportunities to learn - Very decent facilities, equipment and tools - Some key personnel can be role models (if they don't quit in the meantime) - Management does not enforce a rigid working schedule

Cons

- Amateurish managers and owners with no values or principles (they only understand money) - Management seldom keep their word (especially when it involves money) - Abusive and borderline illegal HR practices - HR "management" is non-existent. No training, no programmed career evolution, LOTS of overtime - Customer and supplier interaction is shameful (if you value your reputation in the market, avoid this company) - No respect for the workers who bust themselves working for over 10h/day! - People quitting the company (or being fired by stupid reasons) EVERY MONTH. In the meantime, people who should have been fired are still there.
