Pros

Good interpersonal relationship between engineers. Some projects are cool - if you get to work on them.

Cons

The company is basically a cash cow for the owners. It is supported mainly by public funds and no importance is given to employees. The highest employee turnover rate that I have ever seen. As another reviewer pointed out, the company survives by exploiting employees' work during off-hours. Quality is an afterthought, not an objective.
