      Pros

      Opportunity to learn on company time, Ability to network within the company and clients them selves, good compensation where you do not find elsewhere in a Medium sized business, Company cars available, ability to work at your own pace but also a fast paced always changing environment.

      Cons

      Work life balance is unfair, negative feedback from management with very little "good work" attitude, quick to point the fingers but no ownership, Quantity over Quality, afraid of internal suggested changes, Quick to take money from unpaid days, empty promises and communication fails on all levels where something always changes without notice.

      Pros

      I love my team and manager. Casual dress is a nice bonus. When you get tired of being at your desk, there are bean bag chairs, booths, couches, etc around the office for you to go to do work. Office is new and nice. ACTIVEx team is awesome and really rock at employee involvement. They really make a point to know you and personally reach out and make you feel special and valued. If your a good employee and have been with the company for a year, there are definitely internal opportunities, if you are looking for new or higher position.

      Cons

      Company as a whole feels unorganized. Culture of company, as a whole, is really negative. A lot of layoffs and turn over.
