      Company promotes "open communications". Company has a 5 year growth roadmap Company has a "flexible working hours" philosophy.

      Cons

      Management take criticism personally. Company growth roadmap is not followed. It shrinks instead of growing. Flexible working hours means the management expects you to do 37.5 hours/week, Regardless of medical or personal commitments.

      Great culture and work/life balance. You are expected to work hard, but given that, you are awarded flexibility. They understand life happens. Fun events and opportunities to get involved and get to know other employees. Opportunities for growth. Amazing people. Fair pay.
