Terrible security (security manager would get drunk on nightly basis and would be unable to respond to emergencies) Lack of respect for local culture - guesthouse would play loud music late into the night despite living near very poor residents Capped upward mobility for national staff; priority for management given to inexperienced internationals <30 instead of national staff
