Pros

- There is a lot of potential as the company is growing

Cons

- Senior leadership communication, the senior leadership could communicate and implement changes a lot better to their employees - Lack of processes and policies, there is a lack of processes as the company is moving so fast that it has not been able to keep up with itself in the sense of creating processes to do jobs well and important policies - Poor management, my impression is a lot of people are in management that do not have the experience nor are prepared to manage people, more training in this would be very beneficial - Unclear roles, at least in my department, lanes were very unclear and it brough about confusion on who was in charge of what and what the appropriate reviews should be - Low morale, overall morale was low, the company implemented 4:1 without HR effectively rolling it, they also had parking spots assigned multiple blocks away, with the change of region to division and multiple leadership changes, there is also a lot of concerns about lay offs. I would not recommend!

Pros

Schedule is Monday thru Friday.

Cons

An overwhelming amount of information they expect you to remember. Management rarely takes escalated calls and expects you to resolve them. You are supposed to post your questions on Teams and then wait for an answer, all while your customer is waiting, but you cannot put a customer on hold for more than 2 minutes. without checking in. You are expected to work on other tasks between calls and to complete quite a few each day. Supervisors will say they are there to help you, but rarely follow through. Upper management lies. Acrisure makes millions a year, but you will be greatly underpaid and overworked.
