- Very political | No formal year end process | No formal wage increases or bonus (all dependent on leaders opinions about you) - Little support in DEI - Choatic and broken processes - HR Leadership changes (CHRO left last year, six leaders didn't make decisions, now a contract for hire CHRO) - Took 8 months to get report access to the HR System - No formal data governance, data strategy, data dictionary, Workday training. - No working data structure. Current "Data Analytics" are mainly excel spreadsheets even though they have a data lake and visualization tool. Could not get IT to allow for proper data analytics.
