Pros
great discounts on other restaurants/hotels. Upper management is supportive and really tries to listen to their staff.
Cons
Some of the benefits were really only able to be enjoyed by the office staff even though they were promoted to work for everyone. Sometimes felt like management was really just tied to whatever the investors were telling them to do, so even though they would genuinely listen, there wasnt much they could actually do.
