Fun work environment, many coworkers went out of their way to welcome me and help me get into my new role. Family friendly, there were multiple activities outside of work that families were invited to attend. Owners/managers were very accessible and personable, even to a lowly intern like me.

Long hours during the summer months

Company really cares about employees and doesn't micro-manage projects. You have a lot of opportunity to try new things if you want to.

A lot of company "standards" aren't really followed, so there can be a lot of variability on how projects are completed.
