      Pros

      The environment was inviting and coworkers were very easy to get along with. It promoted a very positive environment and also educational.

      Cons

      The positive vibes is how they get you. Don't be fooled by the chanting tricks and motivation by promises of money. The pay work ratio on a salary base is actually below minimum wage. Fast promotions are offered but not without working slave wages.

      Pros

      I was very happy to spend 7 years with this company. It taught me a lot about growth in the business but also with myself. I was able to learn how to build a team and get to know them more as a person. Thank you for all the skill sets i have gained.

      Cons

      This business is not for everyone. This job takes all of your time and energy. To strive for more work ethics has to show

      A place where it feels like everyone WANTS to help each other. Solid line of communication with up line. Tons of opportunities for personal and career growth.

      Cons

      Can’t think of anything that I would call a Con.
