Pros
High pressure, lots to learn
Cons
Poor pay (not a salary as stated in the job description, you are paid by the minute) 9 hour work day with only a 30 minutes lunch break, set strictly to the minute. You don't get paid for the minutes missed Family business who care less about the employees. Not allowed any time off for 3 months of the year. Still difficult to get your annual leave approved outside of this No flexibility with working hours Management do whatever possible to avoid people working from home No socialising, people treated as work resources rather than people. Toxic work environment Not a place to build your career Narcissistic and delusional management, failure to see their flaws and improve Very high staff turnover due to the above
