Good to get your feet in to a practice role - if you do work here you should aim to leave after 4-5 months when you've got some experience and find somewhere that will appreciate you
Cons
-Long hours, 9-6 -Micromanagement, a family company so you don't have anywhere to complain -Poor pay -NO HOLIDAYS - literally, you have to book 2 months in advance for any chance of it getting accepted, if you book over 1 week they will reject it
