One of a very few Companies, which I would say have ethics in business. This matters. One of a very few Companies, who have a real senior management (and above) who have the ultimate ability, skills and vision to deliver a service which is genuinely worth having in the state the world is currently in.

They are not everywhere yet!

Central teams (including management) actively listen and reflect on what you have to say. They take time for you and follow up (rare in Colleges). Scope of creative curriculum. Staffing teams. Amount and quality of learning support for students (doesn't compare to colleges). Facilities and campus as a whole. Quality of curriculum planning and development is exceptionally high. Reporting systems in comparison are very good.

Nothing out of the ordinary that you wouldn't find in the FE education sector.
