The only pros are the competitive bonuses and the Christmas party the least to say.

VERY UNORGANIZED! Frequent weekly changes to policy. The training you receive for 2 weeks are not thorough enough to withstand the frequent changes. They don't offer health insurance. Job security is very scarce unless you become friendly with upper management. Favoritism is a BIG downfall! Management is very sheisty! I was let go for false reasons after even proving I was innocent on a call recording. Their reason for letting me go changed three times in 5 minutes. I've never had any prior write-ups or unsatisfactory call evaluations. Upper management is very rude and not compassionate about their employees. There is very little room for advancement. No diversity in upper management. No training to help you improve your performance. It feels like being on a slave plantation how you are treated as an entry level employee. They discriminate against disabled employees. They fired a former employee for having a stroke to prevent her getting worker's comp. They do illegal tactics to fire you. They will even go the extra mile to falsify your termination documents to prevent you from receiving unemployment.
