Pros
Acara is a company that continues to build culture (not forced, it's your choice if you want to participate) - snowman making competition, wellness, Buffalo Bills dress down days, a playlist of the employees favorite holiday music playing during the holiday party, etc. The Leadership team wants you to succeed and they have open conversations with you on what is going well, what's not going well and what you need to grow. The company also has the tools and resources that a Global Company would have but unlike most Global companies, they are able to make changes, updates, and decisions quickly.
Cons
The company has a great total package (pay, culture, flexibility) but if you are seeking a 401k with a match, it is not possible here.
