People are great. Most of them are hardworking and very helpful Little chance of progression There's always something new to learn Onsite parking
Cons
Management don't trust people, they are micromanaging wherever they can Not enough stuff to cover work, people are overloaded with tasks Managers promises a lot changes and opportunities, but it never really happens Customer service don't really counts, it's all about the numbers Very little support from Line Manager Very bad communication in between sales offices and the HUB
