It's fun working at a sports store, most customers are happy to walk in and looking to buy fun products.

Cons

The point system for being late on lunches and clocking in was ridiculous and confusing and left a big opportunity for you to get fired without understanding.

Great in store and pro plan discount. Lots of options for full time employee benefits and plenty of vacation time

Cons

Typical retail job dealing with over bearing or disgruntled customers. Required to work Black Friday and the weekend after. Odd holiday hours, staying open late with very few customers that come in
