Pros

I had a great experience working at ACBES. The company fosters a positive work culture, where collaboration and innovation are encouraged. The learning opportunities were immense—I got to work on challenging projects that helped me enhance my technical and problem-solving skills. One of the best aspects was the supportive team. My colleagues and managers were always approachable, providing guidance whenever needed. The company also emphasized continuous learning, with opportunities to upskill through training and mentorship. Overall, ACBES is a great place to grow professionally, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dynamic and nurturing work environment.

Cons

Work-life balance can be a challenge at times due to long working hours. Celebrations and cultural activities are limited.

Pros

- Good place to get initial exposure and learn different technologies. - Some teams and colleagues are supportive and helpful.

Cons

- Resource management needs serious improvement. In some teams people stay idle for long periods without proper tasks. - Certain functions like BA or security related roles sometimes seem to have very little workload, while teams handling actual deliveries are constantly busy and under pressure. - If you spend some time around some floors in the office, you can see people with a lot of free time watching YouTube shorts, movies or serials, or just gossiping around during work hours. - Employees who actually put in effort and handle most of the work are not always appreciated properly or given fair bonuses. Because of this many capable people eventually move to other organizations. - Salary structure needs a reality check. Freshers hired in some offices within the same organization are getting almost 50% higher pay compared to freshers in other offices of ours. In most cases even employees with about a year of experience here are earning less than what those freshers get. - Some leads over use resources under them and blame for their own poor management skills.
