There are no Pros to working here.

Everything. 100% comission based, NO BENIFIT PACKAGE, very deceptive in the job posting, and interview process. Advertised as salary + comission, IT IS NOT. Look forward to long hours, and lots of rejection, but there is a sales goal to meet, if you don't sell, you don't get paid. Turnover is ridiculous, if you keep every appointment, but no one buys, they get rid of you. Didn't happen to me, but lots of others. If you don't have a family to support, and want an opportunity to be overworked and underpaid, this company is ideal.
