      No pros. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

      Cons

      All cons. No career progression, as offered. It is expected that you take all types of abuse from clients. Pay rate is horrible. Working environment is terrible - there is black mould growing in most offices. No hybrid arrangements, as offered. Very poor management.

      Pay rate is good but you can get the same pay anywhere!

      Cons

      Absolutely the worst company ive ever worked for. The senior management team are completely out of touch with reality. They mask behind "not for profit" but it is all smoke and mirrors. There only really concern is staff hitting the KPI. Beware, you will regret working here.
