Great company to work for.

You don't work directly with the company.

This place was a tale of two sides. The leadership is split between Texas and Colorado. Leadership in Texas was some of the best I've ever worked for in my life.

Leadership in Colorado was the exact opposite. Nepatism runs rampant. Extremely small company the COO has his daughter as a PM. She is absolutely worthless and does nothing. Of course the COO loves her and allows this.
