Good Place to Work but taken for granted by some employees - Anonymous employee Aarna Systems Employee Review

I am working for Aarna Systems for the last 1 year and total 3 years of experience. When I joined the company, many of the employees had already completed avg. 4 years in this company. In my 3 years of career, the type of learning and implementation I saw and experienced so far has helped me a lot to develop my professional skills and confidence. This isn’t the type of company where you can pretend to be smart and hardworking… here you need to be smart and always open to explore new methods, do certification, etc. Company has brilliant and strong clientele and has been able to maintain healthy relationship with the clients. The brands that are associated with the company defines the quality of work company delivers. Employees will come and go. Believe it or not, the company was taken for granted by the new comers. If you want to join the team as a fresher, you need to be more professional at work. Yes, the company has open culture and best infrastructure but not an unprofessional culture.
