Company has great compensation, perks and colleagues are smart. Really good offices across the globe.
Cons
This is the most hypocritical company I've ever worked at. Company talks about big core values (you can read them on website) but behaves nothing like that. Company talks about being transparent but there is poor communication about key company decisions. Employees have to refer to the HR portal to get the latest updates. Employees naturally gossip and speculate, creating a very toxic culture. Company talks about equitable but while the GA bonus has been delayed, many trust and safety employees have already received their full bonuses. They just sit around and do not do any work. They constantly create work for other teams and try to look busy, while their leader is on a mission to build an empire under her. Very poor attitude and very bad for company morale. Company talks about human first but leadership is very unprofessional. They hire poorly and then fire them swiftly in really unprofessional manner without any compassion. Leaders think everything is a joke and are also arrogant, acting like a dictator. No confidence in leadership. CEO is not able to control them. CEO is probably not aware of what's happening on the ground because he does not spend time with his employees. CEO has failed miserably in hiring competent management team members multiple times. He has hired & fired multiple people in his team since the start and probably it’s time for him to do some self reflection.
