      - There are a few genuinely decent people within the company

      - Low compensation - Ineffective account management department - Frequently late on payments - Negotiating pay and raises can take over 3 months; the CEO even admitted, "They forgot about it" when addressing my concern - Contract-based employment - Consistently prioritizes the client's needs over yours - Rarely communicates for extended periods of time - Makes accusations without fully understanding the situation, often blaming you for issues affecting the business or client.
