      The team was really a bunch of friends, I never went to the office without looking forward to them.

      Cons

      Some projects required a lot of crunch-time. There was suboptimal management in some of the projects. Career opportunities for me in this situation were not good.

      Pros

      HR is excellent. From Onboarding to during the tenure to offboarding HR was really helpful and reliable . All emails were answered and all requests were processed quickly. Flexible work hours

      Cons

      This is only a perspective based on experience with my team. Poor manager No team spirit. No communication.Nothing is properly communicated . No professionalism.No respect between colleagues. Manager is not at all worried about team dynamics. Extremely stressful and hostile working environment. No career growth.
