      Great place to work at, love the communication with the upper management, good spirit between the team, encouragement and support from the management, Good place to grow and learn. It's one of the largest companies in US and the leading one in AV industry.

      Cons

      Medical benefits might need to improve a little bit.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
