No Sick time, mandatory unpaid OT for salary workers, no bonuses, poor internal communication - Anonymous employee AVI-SPL Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to provide your perspective of your time with us. You have raised a lot of concerns, and while we don't know your specific experience, we do want to comment on what we can. First, we do offer sick time via a combined sick/vacation PTO bank. Second, due to DOL requirements, salary team members are exempt from overtime, but it is standard to include consideration for overtime work when the compensation analysis is done. Not everyone at the company is eligible for a bonus, but that is pretty common in most organizations. But we do offer bonuses for various roles. Lastly, we are striving to get better with our internal communication through more frequent local town halls, our company intranet, organization-wide emails and our most current efforts towards more frequent and impactful interactions between team members and their direct supervisor.
