      Pros

      There are some very good people in the company. I met many that are still friends, and we stay in contact even if some are well north of the main company.

      Cons

      There are people that are focused too much on what they need, ignoring the larger requirement for the company as a whole. Their narrow focus has caused many to lose jobs without real cause. Mostly politics and the need for control.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
