      Pros

      A few great super intendants however most are planning to leave due to new manipulative management and hiring unqualified people while treating qualified people poorly in order to get his own people in.

      Cons

      This used to be a respectable company. Manipulative new management. Only wants people who are easily manipulated and from past company. Does not care about speed of production, quality of production, only himself. Hopefully the company sees that before they’re in to many lawsuits.

      Pros

      Many secondary benefits like ask if you can borrow anything and if you are in good standing with them based off of what you have borrowed previously then they will most likely let you, very nice equipment!

      Cons

      Work out of town, get called in whenever, not as good of main and actual benefits because they are smaller and home grown
