Pros
Small company that has flexible policies that allow employees to manage their work life balance.
Cons
Upper management doesn't enforce any standards or process that would make the company more streamlined or more profitable. They buy software to try and make things better, but never enforce the use of it across the company, and so in a year or two the software is not used and they have spent millions on a product they don't use.
