Not only do they not show appreciation for hard work, they also dont provide raises and opportunities to move up. Working hard is meaningless here. - it's all about optics in this company and you have crazy clock-watching here. You have to make sure that you put in EXACTLY 7.5 / 8 hours every single day, otherwise you will get in trouble. - this company has been a revolving door over the last few years because people are extremely unhappy, and with cause.
