Company is very horizontal so you're only 1 manager away from the director of operations and then the president. Very cool projects and networking with customers from all industries.

System integration and custom machine building is timeline and schedule driven. This is not a place to come if you don't enjoy engineering, machine building, and problem solving.

Nothing terrible place to work stay away
