      Pros

      Free food (of good quality), free accommodation, good people, interesting work, learnt a lot. Nice, relaxed environment.

      Cons

      No real bad points, pay is obviously not comparable to other fields such as banking but work is very interesting. As an intern there wasn't much exposure to the day to day work of the team due to ip protection issues.

      -great people -interesting -lovely building -free breakfast and lunch -very social

      Cons

      -male dominated -interns very separate from rest of the office -wasn’t made clear what our work was being used for
