The atmosphere for work from home associates is amazing. Even associates that are in center get along very well with the work from home folks because we have an atmosphere of inclusion which is absolutely amazing and everyone wants each other to exceed something that is hard to find. Yes, it's competitive but it is one of the most rewarding jobs if you really put your heart and mind into it!
Cons
Your first couple days you'll want to quit because things are so disorganized when you're working from home. I don't know what it's like in center because I am a permanent work from home virtual call center loyalty representative and I know for my entire team we were quite frustrated with the setup process and some of the training. It is only 8 weeks long and then you are thrown right on the phones. You have to have thick skin and you also have to have the ability to not get frustrated easily. Otherwise this job will consume you.
