      Truly none. Maybe discounted clothes if that’s your thing

      Cons

      Management does not trust it’s employees, does not communication with them, and has absolutely no clue how to run a business. A machine that only cares about profit, there is no structure. Office is horrible, company culture bad, and borderline illegal labor practices. Also benefits package is nonexistent

      Company is small so you get to learn and do a lot. I like to be busy so it works for me and co workers here are generally very nice.

      Cons

      Because company is small, you have a lot of responsibilities so sometimes multi tasking can be hard.

      Leadership has no clue about what they are doing and blame employees for their incompetence. Low salary and benefits. Toxic
