      Pros

      Nice pay for teaching online short courses.... Beginning at $100+ per/hour. Taxes are not deducted though so put some aside. I love helping fortune 500 employees learn more about their data.

      Cons

      Removed my name from courses without my knowledge and did not let me know until I inquired about the course I was confirmed to teach. This happened more than once.

      Pros

      Working experience with children. Relationships made with co-workers. Depending on your site/school, advancement opportunities (rarely).

      Cons

      The pay rate...only 1 time .50 cent raise, none afterwards for counselors at least. They seem to hire anybody with a clean record, hs diploma and availabilityto work a few hours in the middle of the day 5 days a week. Depending on the site/school, some directors/counselors worth ethnic is crap. It's gotten worse from the time I first started to the time I left...children = $$$, therefore, your opinion doesn't matter or your
