Cons
Salary increment very limited, can be low as 0-500HKD per year. After promote a new scheme will be introduced to you which keep your base salary very low, but compensate with an amount after serving few years, makes you very difficult to change job or seek for better opportunity in between. This company does not quite value employee's experience. You will most likely to find that your salary is less than fresh graduate after 1 year. Management has very old mindset and style. Expect very traditional method to manage staff. Software development quality is not their priority, usually everyone including sales can request a task to software engineer without consulting, and expect an unrealistically fast result.
