      Nothing, 5 words minimum otherwise "NOTHING"

      Cons

      - NO Training - NO Yearly appraisal and even if you ask for one. Main Boss (MB) will beat you with his Dumb Arguments - Yearly leaves are discussed on employee by employee basis. - Few employees in NJ offices are just "show pieces" of company but MB awards them Best Employee of the Year - Main Boss strives on Favoritism and Gossips - Your Incentives depends, if you are in good book or not and All the Employee except one is in Bad book. - Zero Investment on employee - Employees should NOT expect Year end Parties, Day offs during their Festivals, Since its ONLY for Clients and Contractors who generates money for MB. - MB has zero trust in their employees

      Still trying to find something positive to mention, as even basic employment services and support appeared to be missing during my time here

      Cons

      - My employment with ASB Resources was terminated while I was on pre-approved client-side leave during a personal trip to India. ​ - The termination was backdated, even though there was an active contract between ASB Resources and the client for whom I had been working for the previous six months. ​ - HR appeared to be present in name only; multiple emails requesting clarification about my status and dates received no response. ​ - Be cautious about how they handle employment dates, mobile numbers, and other critical personal details. ​
